Devghar Part2
Explaining about my village is like a small thing to do , as it is blessed with immense gifts from nature, and we are striving to preserve its beauty.
As you descend from the mountains to our ancestral home, tranquility and natural beauty embrace you.
Behind our home, there are numerous trees adorned with diverse kinds of flowers, which we use for religious purposes.
Since our home serves as a grand residence, it houses a magnificent temple within its premises.
During the Ganpati festival, we perform the sacred ritual called "Sahasravartnaa," creating an ambiance brimming with positive energy.
Adjacent to our home, there are Pophali trees (betel nut) and in the Marathi language, we describe as "Khalkhalta patacha pani," symbolizing the ever-flowing water.
Further down, we discover a pathway leading to a river, where we can have a refreshing bath, particularly delightful during the enchanting month of May. The road leading there is adorned with various trees like mango, jackfruit, black currents (amba, phanas, karwand, sakhar jam) offering an astonishing sight of natural fruits to be plucked and relished right from the tree.
The presence of age-old trees, standing tall for over 200 years, adds to the magnificence of the surroundings.
There is a vantage point from where you can observe a variety of bird species, each one displaying its unique beauty.
So this is beauty of the village .Do try to go once
